Course Format
Our programs consist of multi-part short courses that allow you to learn at your own pace and fit your schedule. Upon completion, you'll receive a course certificate, and completing all courses in a program earns you a full Program Certificate (e.g., Certificate of Head Spa Specialist), enabling you to conduct consultations and head spa sessions confidently. Theory lessons are self-paced online courses with quizzes to assess your understanding.
In-person training is conducted at your salon or in our Sydney training room by accredited Australian instructors, focusing on practical skills, salon product usage, consultations, and scalp condition advice. Our prac sessions are not about a few massage techniques. It is packed full of practical advice and information ranging from the setup, how to use the various salon products, tools and devices, conduct consultations, recognise and advise on scalp condition and diseases, and much more.

Listed are the self-paced lessons you can take individually to spruce up your knowledge by topics and receive the lesson's certificate of completion. Once you complete all 5 parts and pass the exam, you will recieve a Head Spa Specialist Certificate from the Head Spa Academy.

Advanced Head Spa Specialist

Designed with owners and store managers in mind, it is for individuals who have successfully completed the HSA100 Head Spa Specialist course and are now seeking to gain the expertise and official license to train our techniques to new internal staff on the foundational knowledge and techniques covered in HSA100.
We equip Advanced Head Spa Specialist Supervisor with a deeper advanced knowledge on areas covered in HSA100. In addition, the course will cover new topics like curating products for a more personalised service, add-ons and upsell components, and a deeper dive into designing head spa programs and treatments, practical skills and strategies necessary for effectively training and supervising internal staff in delivering exceptional and hygenic head spa services.
Once completed you will attain both the Certificate of Completion as well as the licence to supervise and train internal shop/spa location staff.
