    Designed with owners and store managers in mind, it is for individuals who have successfully completed the HSA100 Head Spa Specialist course and are now seeking to gain the expertise and official license to train our techniques to new internal staff on the foundational knowledge and techniques covered in HSA100. We equip Advanced Head Spa Specialist Supervisor with a deeper advanced knowledge on areas covered in HSA100. In addition, the course will cover new topics like curating products for a more personalised service, add-ons and upsell components, and a deeper dive into designing head spa programs and treatments, practical skills and strategies necessary for effectively training and supervising internal staff in delivering exceptional and hygenic head spa services. Once completed you will attain both the Certificate of Completion as well as the licence to supervise and train internal shop/spa location staff. ​

Unit 5 focuses on providing students with the opportunity to gain practical, hands-on experience in a real-world environment, directly applying the skills and knowledge they have learned in previous units. This unit is designed to bridge the gap between theory and practice, allowing students to engage in active learning in a professional setting. The unit will also help students develop workplace-specific skills, enhance their problem-solving abilities, and gain insights into the challenges of the industry. This module focuses on understanding client needs, assessing scalp and hair conditions, and creating customised treatment plans to ensure optimal results. Key Learning Objectives are: 1. Client Consultation Techniques – Learn how to conduct thorough consultations, including assessing scalp health, identifying client concerns, and recommending appropriate treatments. 2. Head Spa Treatment Planning – Develop personalised treatment programs based on client needs, using a combination of scalp analysis, product selection, and massage techniques. 3. Professional Communication – Enhance communication skills to build trust, explain treatment benefits, and provide aftercare recommendations. 4. Customisation & Adaptation – Understand how to modify treatments for different scalp and hair conditions, ensuring a tailored experience for each client. By the end of this module, students will be able to confidently conduct client consultations and design effective head spa treatments that promote relaxation, scalp health, and overall well-being. Once you have completed all units and its quizzes, and wish to continue on to the last prac module, you will then be invited to join a full day immersive prac where you will apply all your accumulated knowledge as well as learn new techniques and know-how on how to run a successful head spa business.
